Seeking albs, altar furnishings for Ukraine Seminary

The seminary in Ukraine.

UKRAINE – Lutheran Church–Canada (LCC) is seeking donations of paraments and altar materials for use in Concordia Lutheran Seminary in Odessa, Ukraine.

The seminary currently has need of albs that are no longer used but are in good condition. These items would be used as students learn to lead devotions, and as they practice in worship and preaching classes.

The seminary is also in need of paraments and a wall crucifix, as well as a cross and candlesticks for the altar.

As a limited number of these donations is necessary, please first call LCC at 1-800-588-4226 to ensure the need still exists. Donated items will be sent to LCC’s Synodical Office in Winnipeg, where staff will arrange for their transport to Europe.
