LCC is hiring a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator

WINNIPEG – As part of a new initiative focused on wellness and mental health support for Called Workers, Lutheran Church–Canada (LCC) is seeking a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator for a one-year term. This role will focus on developing, sourcing, and implementing programs that support pastors, deacons, and other church workers across our Synod.

The Wellness Coordinator will design programs tailored to the specific needs of LCCs Called Workers, with the goal of promoting holistic well-being, preventing burnout, and bringing joy and vitality to ministry. Initiatives may include mental health and stress management support, physical health activities such as fitness classes, nutrition and healthy eating resources, and opportunities for spiritual care.

The Wellness Coordinator is expected to begin within the next few months. LCC will provide regular updates on program development and opportunities for participation.

This new role reflects LCCs commitment to the well-being of Called Workers and to the vitality of its congregations, schools, and ministries.
