Board of Regents thanks interim leaders following presidential transition

EDMONTON – The Board of Regents of Concordia Lutheran Seminary (CLS) shares the following letter with the members of Lutheran Church–Canada:
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
The Board of Regents of Concordia Lutheran Seminary invites you to join with us and our CLS family in thanking our LORD for the three men who have led us into and through our presidential vacancy. They are Rev. James Fritsche (VP of Church Relations), Mr. Ron Ludke (VP of Finances), and Rev. Jan Pastucha (VP of Administration). These men, with great joy and skill, have worked alongside our staff and faculty from before the conclusion of Rev. Dr. Joel Heck’s interim presidency until our new president, Rev. Jonathan Kraemer, took office as president.
We thank and praise God for how He has supplied these men with their gifts to bless us and work seamlessly over the months in which they served. We thank God Almighty for their time and genuine pleasure as they served Him to prepare “Servants for Jesus’ Sake”. We thank You, O LORD, for these servants who have blessed Your Church and her people at Your direction.
Together with us, please give thanks to the Lord, and to them, for all they have done. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
