In Loving Memory of Paula Teuscher

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paula Teuscher, the beloved wife of Rev. Dr. Timothy Teuscher, President of Lutheran Church–Canada. Paula passed away on March 17, 2026.

Paula Teuscher was a woman of faith and quiet strength. Through kindness and compassion, she had a unique ability to turn even the simplest interactions into moments of grace.

In this time of profound loss, we extend our condolences to Rev. Dr. Teuscher, his family, and all those who were blessed by Paula Teuscher’s life and witness. We give thanks for her faithful service and for the many ways she supported the ministry entrusted to her husband.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM (Central Time) at Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church in Winnipeg, with brief visitation prior in the narthex, and luncheon following the service. The committal service will take place in May at Avondale Cemetery in Stratford, Ontario.

We invite the Church to join us in prayer for the Teuscher family during this difficult time, asking for comfort, peace, and the hope of the resurrection through Jesus Christ.
