LCC seminaries release print-at-home 2021 liturgical calendar

ONLINE – For more than a decade Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary (CLTS) in St. Catharines, Ontario, has offered Lutheran Church–Canada (LCC) congregations a liturgical wall calendar. In recent years, the seminary has worked alongside Concordia Lutheran Seminary in Edmonton, Alberta, to put together this calendar together.

Though primarily meant to assist altar guilds and church workers, this calendar can be used by anyone seeking an easy way to keep track of liturgical festivals as well as parament/vestment colours. The calendar follows both the three-year and one-year lectionary series, and also includes space for writing notes.

Last year the decision was made to release this calendar exclusively as a digital file that can be printed at home, in order to save onprinting and distribution costs. The 2021 Liturgical Calendar is available for download Here. The announcement on CLTS’ website concludes with the following: We pray this resource will help with the details of providing God’s gifts to His people in the divine services of your church.
