Lent Devotions from LHM

ONLINE – As Christians prepare to enter the season of Lent, Lutheran Hour Ministries – Canada is providing free Lenten devotionals in English, French, and Chinese.

Two devotionals are available online, with one designed especially for families. The first devotional is entitled Servant of the Lord, and features daily devotions. “In Servant of the Lord, we see Jesus as God’s Son and our Redeemer,” a summary reads. “He has made the Heavenly Father known to us. Proclaiming the kingdom of God, Jesus served us—lovingly, patiently, compassionately—as He died for our sins and rose three days later in Easter victory.”

Servant of the Lord is available in English, French, and Chinese—with large print options available.

The family-focused devotional is entitled Caring All The Way To The Cross and feature devotions for each week in Lent. LHM-Canada is also releasing colouring and activity pages each week to complement the devotions, including an Ash Wednesday activity page.
